VA - VA - VROOM
Well today was a productive day if any ever were! Brooke, Lexie, and I went to see our Graphic Design teacher/ the hero of our lives, Ms. Rowe, and print our very first sale for Print Mint. Doesn't our test print look fabulous!? You can see all the excitement in Lexie's post tomorrow on her blog since she whipped her phone out the capture Brooke and I's excitement for the occasion.
We followed our afternoon of printing and cutting with a business meeting at Chili's where the girls had a much healthier, and I'm sure more delicious, meal than I did. Needless to say, we have a lot of work to get done, but if you're passionate about something you will stop at nothing to get it done.
This weekend was a quite interesting one. Friday night I had that bubble bath, but instead of a Lush one, I decided to use this oatmeal milk bath to try and soothe my Keratosis Pilaris that I have on my upper arms and thankfully it has actually helped it quite a bit. If it still helps when I use it again I will do a review on it and share what brand it is with you all!
Saturday I worked and then went to my brother's Upward Ceremony and after-party thing which included smores, bouncy castles, and inflatable slides. It was pretty legit. But the best came when my Mom and I watched Hocus Pocus, like we do every year, on the big screen in HD with surround sound. Man, it sure was a night! We watched The Addam's Family Values after because that is a childhood favorite of mine and I watched it many a time on VHS at my Grandmom's house with my cousins.
Sunday I really only did one super productive and exciting thing and that was starting the series Teen Wolf. Yeah I know what you are ALL thinking because I am thinking the same thing: You are ridiculous! I am, I truly am. BUT I can't help myself!! It is pretty good so far, but we will have to see if it's is review worthy. Other than that it was a regular old Sunday.
Since my to-do list is a mile long and I need to clean my room before I kill somebody, I think it's time to hit the road and get some of those things done! Plus, there is always more Teen Wolf to watch :)
